We access our clients’ data platforms and/or data warehouses strictly for the purposes of conducting ad hoc analysis, building automated reports, and developing dashboards as outlined in our contractual agreement. Our access is granted by the client and is limited to the scope necessary to fulfill our engagement.

• We do not share, sell, or distribute any client data with third parties.
• All client data remains strictly confidential and is used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services.
• We employ best practices in data security to ensure that all information remains protected from unauthorized access.

Upon completion of the project, as defined in our contract, the client is responsible for revoking our access to their data platforms. Soave Analytics does not retain any client data beyond the agreed-upon project timeline.

Our philosophy is rooted in ensuring that clients retain full ownership and control over their data. We do not impose ongoing subscriptions or proprietary restrictions that limit access to your insights. All systems and tools developed by Soave Analytics are designed for your full use and autonomy.

We adhere to industry best practices in data security and comply with relevant data protection regulations. If required, we are open to aligning with specific security protocols or confidentiality agreements provided by our clients.

For your peace of mind, our business is fully insured. This includes:

• Technology Errors & Omissions (Tech E&O) Insurance / Professional Liability Insurance, including endorsements for Cyber Liability Insurance
   

This coverage ensures that we can responsibly handle your data, projects, and professional engagements.
